The VU University Amsterdam Legal Studies Paper Series is published by the Faculty of Law of VU University Amsterdam. The Paper Series aims especially at the function and relevance of law in society. What is the role of law in a fast-changing society? Where to draw the social, moral and other boundaries of legal solutions? How does law relate to other scientific disciplines? The paper series will answer these questions in abstracts, working papers and published papers from researchers of our faculty.
