Call for Papers
Canadian Law and Economics Association 22nd Annual Meeting
September 28-29, 2013, Faculty of Law, University of Toronto
Submission Deadline: July 1, 2013
You are invited to submit a paper for presentation at the next Annual Meeting of the Canadian Law and Economics Association to be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 28 and 29, at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. To accommodate travel arrangements, the formal conference proceedings will conclude at 1pm on Sunday, September 29.
On Saturday, September 28 from1 2pm, Professor Jagdish Bhagwati of Columbia University will deliver the Jim Tory Law and Economics Public Lecture on, "The World Trading System: WTO After Doha," as well a keynote address at dinner that evening on the same topic.
TOPICS: As in past years, we are soliciting papers in all areas of law and economics. We anticipate that there will be panels focusing on a wide variety of topics, including:

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: To submit papers for consideration for inclusion in the program, please visit the Canadian Law and Economics Association website at http://www.canlecon.org
The deadline for submissions is July 1, 2013. Decisions will be made by the end of July, 2013, and authors will be informed by email. If your paper has been accepted, you are asked to please register for the conference and remit the conference fee using the online PayPal interface before September 1, 2013.
REGISTRATION: The registration fee for the 2013 CLEA Annual Conference is $195.00 CDN. For students, the fee is $25.00 CDN. The fee covers all conference materials and meals, including the dinner on Saturday evening. Accompanying guests are welcome to attend the Saturday evening dinner.
