Law, Institutions & Development will publish abstracts of both working papers and accepted papers that examine law and legal institutions in the developing world, emerging markets, and the former socialist countries from a variety of disciplinary perspectives, including law, anthropology, economics, geography, gender studies, political science and sociology. Both empirical and theoretical submissions are encouraged.
