Columbia University School of Law, Stanford Law School and Stanford Law School, National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER)Law and Economics (Law-Econ) publishes abstracts of articles dealing with research in the field of "law and economics", broadly defined with respect to methodology (theoretical, empirical, experimental) and generally also broadly defined with respect to subject matter, but with the following caveat. Because of the large volume of submissions in the business and corporate law area, and the large number of SSRN abstracting journals already devoted to this area, Law and Economics Abstracts will only consider abstracts in this area that are of general interest to the law and economics community. Please submit more specialized corporate and business law abstracts to the appropriate SSRN abstracting journals in this area, and not to Law and Economics Abstracts. Additionally, abstracts should not exceed 300 words (they will not be published otherwise).
