Labor Law eJournal
Editor: J. Hoult Verkerke

This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts concerning collective bargaining, union governance, and union-management relations. Topics include organizing, contract negotiation, grievance arbitration, strikes, lockouts, union democracy, the duty of fair representation, labor preemption, hiring replacement workers, injunctions, and contract interpretation. In addition, we invite submissions related to broader policy debates such as the causes of declining union membership, alternative models for unionism, and union involvement in national politics.
