Topic areas include (but are not limited to) privacy and the media, health and genetic privacy, government surveillance, national security, searches and seizures, anonymity, identification, government records, data mining, financial privacy, consumer privacy, and international privacy. The eJournal welcomes interdisciplinary work as well as work exploring the economic, social, political, and philosophical dimensions of the protection of privacy in the United States and in other countries.
