The eJournal addresses law, legislation, and policy related to affordable housing and community development. It addresses various state and federal programs, case law, public and private efforts at community revitalization, and systemic problems of housing segregation. This includes such subjects as the community reinvestment act, section 8 housing, empowerment zones, systemic issues of fair housing, housing mobility, inclusionary zoning, smart growth, faith-based initiatives, and microenterprise initiatives. We welcome abstracts focused on practice, theory, and empirical research in these subject areas.Housing & Community Development Law eJournal Advisory Board
