Federal Courts and Jurisdiction publishes abstracts of working papers, forthcoming articles, and recently published articles in the field of Federal Courts and Federal Jurisdiction. The journal's scope encompasses the traditional concerns of Federal Courts and Jurisdiction scholarship, including the nature and place of the judicial function in a national government that consists of three branches, and related questions that arise from a constitutional structure that recognizes both the nation and the states as sources of lawmaking authority.
