The eJournal's scope encompasses the traditional concerns of Federal Courts and Jurisdiction scholarship, including the nature and place of the judicial function in a national government that consists of three branches, and related questions that arise from a constitutional structure that recognizes both the nation and the states as sources of lawmaking authority.
