University of Virginia School of LawThe Employment Law Journal publishes abstracts and articles concerning the individual employment relationship. Topics include employment contract and tort law, employment discrimination, overtime pay, minimum wages, workers' compensation, ERISA, vicarious liability, unemployment compensation, the FMLA, OSHA, and defamation law. In addition, we invite submissions related to broader policy debates such as work/family balance, regulatory competition among jurisdictions, job security, and affirmative action. The Journal welcomes abstracts, full-text working papers, and forthcoming or recently published articles and book chapters.
