This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts concerning the individual employment relationship. Topics include employment contract and tort law, employment discrimination, overtime pay, minimum wages, workers' compensation, ERISA, vicarious liability, unemployment compensation, the FMLA, OSHA, and defamation law. In addition, we invite submissions related to broader policy debates such as work/family balance, regulatory competition among jurisdictions, job security, and affirmative action. The eJournal welcomes abstracts, full-text working papers, and forthcoming or recently published articles and book chapters. The Employment Law eJournal focuses exclusively on legal and policy developments in the United States. Work on international aspects of these topics will appear in [OR should be submitted to] the International Employment Law eJournal.
