Cyberspace Law - Student Authors eJournal
Editors: Suzanne Van Arsdale and Elise Young
Harvard Law School and Harvard Law School

This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts dealing with all aspects of the regulation of cyberspace, whether that regulation is through law, social norms, or the architecture of the network. The approach of the eJournal is inter- disciplinary: We will abstract papers in law and in other related social science disciplines that raise issues related to the regulation of cyberspace.

Note: this eJournal is designed for submissions by students or others without or prior to receiving an advanced academic degree. It can include Law Review student notes or other student papers.
