This eJournal distributes working papers and accepted paper abstracts that focus on the issues and challenges of managing innovation and various ways to address them. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, the organizational structures and processes to support innovation, the integration of management of technological, organizational and market innovation, innovation in organizational leadership, behavioral aspects of innovation management, organizational learning in innovation, development of innovative skills and innovative entrepreneurship, technology strategy (collaboration and competition), cross-cultural innovation management, and managing creative teams.
