This eJournal distributes working papers and accepted paper abstracts that deal with the impacts of innovation on the growth and development of a country, both socially and economically. Economic impacts include the effects of innovation on resource consumption, resource allocation, price of goods and services, and standards of living. Social impacts include effects of innovation on poverty, the well beings of individual and communities, access to and quality of government services, health services, and social infrastructures.
