This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts related to distinctive aspects of emerging markets and transition economies that pose as managerial opportunities and challenges for both multinationals and local firms. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, economic and financial systems, political and legal systems, labor issues, environmental concerns and social structure that characterize newly emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Europe, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, and the Latin America.
