Editors: Timothy M. Devinney and Alvaro Cuervo-Cazurra
University of New South Wales and University of South Carolina
This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts related to multinational enterprise structure, processes and policies, the firm's global strategy and tactics - including market entry and market related strategy - the international dimension of industrial organization and market structure, and market positioning and competition. The eJournal welcomes research with a focus on international corporate governance (both its influence and structure), organizational design, headquarters-subsidiary relationships, firm strategy and structure, international market positioning, market entry (inc. mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances), and market structure. We also encourage papers that look at the local market and firm impact of international competition and the entry of multinational enterprises. Theoretical work relating specific internationalization theories from/across the basic disciplines of economics, psychology, sociology, anthropology and political science to practical phenomena and comparing and contrasting theory are encouraged.
