     The Finance Division of the Leeds School of Business at
     the University of Colorado at Boulder
     ( http://leeds.colorado.edu )seeks candidates for faculty
     positions at Assistant and Associate or Full Professor
     levels commencing Fall, 2008. The Division has a core of
     strong empirical and theory-oriented researchers
     contributing high quality research in a diversity of areas
     including corporate finance, investments, and security
     market structure.


     JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:

     The Finance Division is committed to high quality research
     and teaching excellence. Candidates should have obtained,
     or have only the dissertation remaining in order to obtain
     a Ph.D. or equivalent in finance or a related field.
     Duties for these positions include undergraduate and
     graduate student instruction, the pursuit of high quality
     finance research publications and service to the School,
     University and professional and academic finance
     communities.
