     The dynamic and growing A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of
     Management (AGSM) at the University of California,
     Riverside invites applications for full-time tenure-track
     faculty positions in multiple areas to begin July 1, 2008.


     JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

     We seek candidates with superior research training who have
     achieved or have the potential to achieve outstanding
     accomplishment and scholarly distinction in their area of
     research. Demonstrated success in the instruction of
     demanding MBA and executive students is also important.
     Teaching opportunities are available at both the graduate
     and undergraduate levels. Candidates must have the Ph.D.
     degree.


     ABOUT THE SCHOOL:

     AGSM has a dynamic and highly energetic group of faculty
     members. The school plans to introduce a Ph.D. program next
     year; candidates with experience supervising doctoral
     students are especially encouraged to apply. The AGSM
     faculty currently has particular strength in
     entrepreneurship, technology transfer, e-commerce, supply
     chain management, information technology, health care
     management, communications, and international business. It
     seeks to complement these strengths by adding expertise in
     other areas and by building on its existing strengths.

     Although rank and area of interest are open, AGSM is
     especially interested in hiring scholars at the associate
     or full professor level. AGSM expects to make significant
     additions to its faculty over the next several years and
     seeks experienced candidates who have an interest in
     building areas of excellence within the School. Preference
     will be given to candidates with expertise in the following
     areas:

     Accounting (Financial Accounting, Audit and Assurance)
     Finance (Corporate Finance, Asset Pricing) Management
     (Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Strategy) Marketing
     (Strong methodological training and behavioral research
     interests) Supply Chain Management (Customer/supplier
     relationship management, product development and
     commercialization, logistics and information systems)

     The A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management is a
     rapidly growing AACSB-accredited school at the expanding
     University of California at Riverside. UCR has established
     the building of professional schools and graduate programs
     as an institutional priority and provides substantial
     resources for research, competitive salaries and teaching
