The Department of Financial Economics at BI
Norwegian Business School, Oslo, Norway invites
applicants for full-time tenure-track or tenured
faculty positions or visiting positions.
We strongly encourage seasoned researchers who
have developed a strong research agenda to apply.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants should have
or be close to completing a Ph.D. in Finance or
Economics with Finance emphasis. We seek
candidates who will produce high quality finance research.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL: BI Norwegian Business School
offers courses at the undergraduate, MSc and MBA
levels as well as a doctoral program in Financial
Economics. All finance courses are taught in
English. BI Norwegian Business School is a
private institution with very competitive
teaching loads and salary. Qualified candidates
may be eligible for matching salary grants from
Norges Bank through its Norwegian Finance Initiative (NFI).
