Tenure-Track Assistant Professors of Finance

The School of Accountancy and Finance at Clemson University invites applications for two Assistant Professors of Finance. The successful applicants will possess a PhD in Finance or related field and are expected to be active researchers with a strong potential to publish in top quality finance journals. All research specialties in Finance will be considered.

ABOUT CLEMSON UNIVERSITY: Clemson University is a premier land-grant, competitive admissions institution with approximately 19,000 students. The Finance program is AACSB accredited and has 11 tenured/tenure-track faculty members. Members of the Finance Faculty have recently published in JF, JFE, RFS, JAE, JFQA, FM, JBF, JCF, JMCB, etc.

ABOUT THE AREA: Clemson, a typical small college town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, is located on the I-85 corridor between Atlanta and Charlotte and is 30 miles outside of Greenville, SC. Greenville has recently been named as a "Top-10 Fastest Growing U.S. City [#2]" (CNN), "Most Fun, Affordable Cities [#5]" (Bloomberg BusinessWeek), and "Best City for Young Adults [#13]" (Forbes).
