Faculty Positions in Finance
The A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University is seeking
applicants for Finance faculty positions at the full professor level
and the assistant professor level. These are full-time appointments
in the School's Finance area. Named professorships are potentially
available for appointments at full professor. All positions are to
start July 1, 2014.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates are expected to hold a Ph. D. in
finance or a related discipline. Salary, teaching load, and research
support are commensurate with other major research institutions. At
the full professor level, we welcome applications from candidates in
any area of finance. We seek senior candidates who have demonstrated
excellence in scholarship and leadership. At the junior level, we
seek applicants with research in the areas of risk management, credit
risk, or asset pricing. In terms of teaching, we seek candidates who
have strong teaching skills.
