Assistant or Associate Professor of Real Estate
Candidates are sought for a tenure track faculty appointment in the
Department of Real Estate to be effective Fall Semester 2014.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Late stage doctoral students who expect to
graduate by August 2014 or experienced doctorate holders in real
estate or a related discipline are sought for one or more tenure
track appointments to be effective Fall 2014. Rank is open but we
expect to hire at the rank of Assistant Professor; highly
accomplished individuals possessing a distinguished teaching and
publication record may be considered for the rank of Associate
Professor. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to conduct
high-level research publishable in the premier academic journals of
real estate and financial economics. The Department also values a
commitment to quality teaching at the undergraduate, MBA, MS, and PhD
levels. Opportunities for conducting research in the Department are excellent.
