Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor in Finance
The Finance Department at Bentley University invites applications to fill one or two tenure track faculty positions in the Finance Department at the Assistant or Associate level, to start in the Fall 2014. (Division: AA - Academic Affairs)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: An academic focus in corporate finance is preferred, but all areas of specialization will be considered. Candidates with teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate-level (MBA/MS programs) as well as publications in mainstream academic journals are strongly preferred. Faculty and students have access to a wide range of resources including major research databases through an academic computing network, a state-of-the-art Trading Room, and the Web. Salary is competitive and support is available for summer research and travel to professional meetings. Professorial rank will be a function of the candidate's experience.
Candidates should have a doctoral degree in finance or a related field by August 2014, and should be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching and scholarly research.
