Visiting Faculty in Finance

The University of New Orleans is accepting applications for the position of Visiting Faculty in Finance in the Department of Economics and Finance. The position is for one-year only beginning August 19, 2013 and ending May 17, 2014

JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate must be qualified to teach PhD-level courses in Corporate Finance as well as other MBA or undergraduate finance classes. Preference will be given to those with evidence of extraordinary teaching and strong research skills, Visiting faculty will be considered as a candidate for a possible tenure track position in the following year.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Documented outstanding teaching abilities
- A Ph.D. in hand or completed by August 2013
- Evidence of strong research skill
