Postdoctoral Associate Research Fellows (43425 and 43426) for Policy Implications of Determinants of VC Investments

The Centre for Finance and Investment at University of Exeter, UK, are looking for Postdoctoral Associate Research Fellows for data-collection via (1) Preqin and (2) Thomson Reuters Private Equity module (former ventureXpert) to supplement the hand collected unique dataset for 55 countries and consecutive data-manipulation via STATA.

PROJECT: Help with the production of high quality papers in the area of "Policy Implications of the Legal, Cultural, Regulatory and Fiscal Determinants of Direct Venture Capital Investments: A Cross-Country Analysis of the Foreign vs. Domestic Capital Flows".

DUTIES: Data-collection, data-manipulation, results interpretation; literature review; reference compilation and first draft write-ups.

SKILLS: Collect data via (1) Preqin and (2) Thomson Reuters Private Equity module (former ventureXpert) to supplement the hand collected unique dataset for 55 countries; Manipulate data via STATA; Interpret results; Review literature and compile reference via Endnote; and Write first draft.
