Visiting Faculty in Finance
The Department of Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University invites applications for one-year visiting faculty positions to begin Fall 2012. The department anticipates up to two positions, contingent upon funding.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Successful candidates will be teaching introductory-level, intermediate-level and graduate-level finance courses in the area of corporate finance, international finance, and financial markets and institutions.
START DATE: August 27, 2012
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will have demonstrated excellence in teaching and must be capable of teaching intermediate-level and graduate-level courses in Finance, during the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters. Preference will be given to candidates who will have obtained their PhD before the beginning of the Fall 2012 semester.

The Department will conduct initial telephone interviews and may decide to invite some candidates to campus for a second interview. Screening of applications will begin immediately upon receipt and will continue until the position is filled.
