                  Lectureship in Financial Reporting

The University of Cambridge invites applications for these
tenure track positions (similar to assistant
     professorships).

     ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:

Cambridge University heads most rankings of European
universities by research. It is a short train journey to
the City of London, Europe's leading financial centre. The
University has finance specialists in its Faculties of
Economics, Land Economy, Law and Mathematics, and a growing
group in Judge Business School, where these posts are
based. The Faculties collaborate under the umbrella
organisation, Cambridge Finance. The University has a $20
million Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance to
     support its financial research.

     JOB DESCRIPTION:

Evidence of outstanding research potential is essential.

The appointees will be expected to contribute (among other
things) to core teaching in one or more post-experience
programmes (Master of Finance, MBA, EMBA). The Group has a
flourishing MPhil and PhD programme. Teaching loads are
relatively light (70 hours p.a.); and sabbatical on full
pay is provided one term in seven.

The Business School is developing its finance and financial
reporting group rapidly, and faculty are expected to
contribute enthusiastically to building a leading group.
