                            New Search:
                    Faculty Position in Finance



     Pending final approval by the Executive Vice President of
     Academic Affairs, the Department of Finance is recruiting
     for a tenure-accruing or tenured position at Assistant or
     Associate rank, depending on qualifications and experience.
     The appointment is effective Fall 2010. Salary is open and
     competitive.


     Applicants will be considered in all fields of finance. The
     Department participates in awarding both the BBA and MBA
     degrees, and also offers a Master of Science in Finance and
     Ph.D.



     BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


     A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in an appropriate
     discipline is mandatory. For appointment at Associate
     rank, a proven track record in both research and teaching
     is also required.

     least three representative publications or working papers

     continue until the position is filled. Members of the
     Department Search Committee may be available for
     informational appointments at the FMA meetings in Reno and
     at the ASSA meetings in Atlanta.


     A certain number of candidates will be invited to on campus
     interviews.


     Note that the search previously announced for a faculty
     member designated to participate in the World Executive MBA


     Program has been withdrawn. However, those who already
     submitted applications in response to the previous
     announcement will be included in the current applicant pool
     upon their request.
