MBA and MSc Management Suite Programme
Laureate Online Education, in partnership with The
University of Liverpool runs a number of highly successful
online international graduate programs. As student numbers
increase, recruitment of additional online instructors is
continuing.
We welcome applicants from all business disciplines. We are
particularly interested in recruiting instructors to teach
and supervise dissertations in Finance, Accounting,
Business Economics, Human Resources Management, Market
Research and Consumer Behaviour.
EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree/relevant post-graduate qualification.
- Significant university teaching experience in relevant
business disciplines. Post-graduate teaching and research
supervision experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Facilitative disposition towards highly motivated adult
students.
- For Finance and Accounting disciplines experience
teaching introductory courses in Finance, Accounting and
Economics to mixed audience, including non-financial
students and professionals, is also highly desirable.
Preference will be given to candidates with professional
qualifications as well as academic credentials.
Experience working in or knowledge of, the UK University
system would also be an advantage.
Previous online teaching experience is beneficial but not
required, as suitable candidates will be trained online
during a 4-6 week training session. Training is conducted
100 percent online and is not restricted to specific hours.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
Teaching is text based and asynchronous, and is not
restricted to specific hours. Positions require a high
level of commitment, including the willingness to login to
class almost daily, including during weekends. Instructors
are paid on a per-module basis.
