AERI is a new institute supported by federal

in Shanghai and Shenzhen. AERI will house the historic and
real time data for the partnership and will develop a for
profit database. The Institute's director will manage a
series of translators who will work to make the financial
research accessible to the English-speaking investor.
AERI's director will also provide financial analysis of
Chinese stocks to aid U.S. financial services firms in
entry to investing in the Chinese stock exchanges; will
assist the Chinese firms in developing traditional,
developed markets accounting and financial metrics for
evaluating and reporting firm performance; and will
provide an experiential opportunity for Bloch students to
learn to analyze Chinese stocks.

be responsible for leading the development of our program
and helping to shape future Asian equity analysts. It is
critical that our students understand innovation and risk-
taking in a world of changing demographics, technology, and
markets while also fulfilling legal and ethical
responsibilities.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate
experience in program development enabling him/her to lead
the development of a top tier program in international
equity analysis. The candidate should have a record of

director needs experience in Asia with developing
partnerships with companies, developing executive education
offerings, and demonstrating professional expertise in the
area of Asian equity analysis. Individuals should have an
earned doctorate and present evidence of the ability to
operate effectively in a participative, collegial
environment, and possess a passion to interact successfully
