     The Finance and Economics Areas of the Orfalea College of
     Business, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California, invite
     applications for full-time, academic year, tenure-track
     positions in real estate at any rank.


     JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:

     We are seeking candidates with a specialization in real
     estate economics and finance who are committed to
     excellence in teaching and research. Candidates should have
     an active research agenda, a strong publication record, and
     a record of superior performance in undergraduate teaching.
     Candidates must have completed a doctorate or equivalent
     degree in Finance or Real Estate Economics from an AACSB or
     equivalent accredited institution. Rank and salary are
     commensurate with qualifications and experience.
     Position(s) begin September 15, 2008, and are contingent
     upon final budgetary approval.
