The third ECCCS Workshop on Governance and Control will take place at March 17-18, 2014 SKEMA Business School (Lille, France) on March 17-18 2014.

The scientific committee will select six papers for presentation by PhD students on March 17. For selected Ph.D. students, registration fees, travel expenses, meals and two nights' accommodation will be funded by the organizers. The workshop will reward the best PhD student paper with the Fondation Credit Mutuel Nord Europe/La Francaise prize of 1,000 Euro.

TOPICS: Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate restructuring
- Corporate governance
- Law and finance
- Venture capital and private equity

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: Submissions should contain two files in pdf format (1) Cover page with paper title, abstract, key words and full author details; (2) Full text of the paper with title and abstract only on first page. Submissions should be sent to Farooq Ahmad ( muhammadfarooq.ahmad@skema.edu) by November 1, 2013. Acceptance notifications will be made by December 15, 2013.
