European Financial Management Association (EFMA) announcing the "John A. Doukas Ph.D. Best Paper Award"

The European Financial Management Association (EFMA) is pleased to announce the John A. Doukas Ph.D. Best Paper Award to a Ph.D. student who submits the best solo-authored paper to the annual "MERTON H. MILLER" DOCTORAL SEMINAR or EFMA meetings. The John A. Doukas Ph.D. Best Paper Award will recognize the research paper that has the most potential to advance our understanding in the field of finance and will be announced at the annual EFMA meetings. The student will receive a US $1,500 cash prize.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND DEADLINE: A Letter of Intent and the completed paper must be submitted by December 20, 2011 to John Doukas via email (jdoukas@odu.edu), and the EFMA 2012 Program Chair with a note that the student would like his/her paper to be considered for the John A. Doukas Ph.D. Best Paper Award.
