MAKE PLANS NOW FOR THE
ARES 2010 ANNUAL MEETING
Naples, Florida
April 14-17, 2010
INTRODUCTION TO THE CONFERENCE:
The Annual Meeting of the American Real Estate Society
offers the chance to gain early exposure to cutting-edge
real estate research months or years in advance of its
appearance in journals, professional practice or textbooks.
ARES also provides a forum for exploring the critical
issues of applied real estate decision making. ARES
meetings are distinguished by a collegial, inclusive
environment in which the only selling that occurs is that
of ideas. ARES publishes five peer-reviewed journals, and
there is an opportunity to meet the editors.
In addition, the real estate "education track" is now in
its third year, and includes nine panel and paper sessions
over four days, designed for college, university and
industry educators who wish to advance their knowledge and
skills in the areas of real estate related education,
curriculum, technology, data bases, and case studies.
Finally, a practitioner-oriented all-day advanced seminar
on the first day of the conference will be co-sponsored by
the CCIM Institute, the Appraisal Institute (AI), and ARES,
to address key issues facing industry decision makers and
educators. The seminar attracts many industry leaders
throughout North America.
