CALL FOR PAPERS


             SUNTRUST BANK AND FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY'S
                       SPRING BEACH CONFERENCE


                        April 8th­10th, 2010
                         Sandestin, Florida



     We would like to invite you to join us for our second
     annual Spring Beach conference organized by the Florida
     State University department of finance and sponsored by
     SunTrust bank. The conference will be held at the Hilton
     Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa, located directly on a
     beach consistently rated among the top-10 in the United
     States.


     The program will consist of a mix of invited presenters as
     well as paper submissions in any area of finance. All
     travel and lodging expenses for program participants will
     be covered by the conference sponsors.



     PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:


     The deadline for submissions is December 30th, 2009 and
     preference will be given to new papers which have not been
     accepted in previous finance conferences. Authors of
     selected papers will be notified by January 31st, 2010. To
