CALL FOR PAPERS
SIXTH ANNUAL FINANCE DOWN UNDER CONFERENCE
The University of Melbourne

The Melbourne Derivatives Research Group at The University
of Melbourne invites papers for the Fifth Annual Finance
Down Under conference to be held at The University of
Melbourne on 25 March 2010. Papers in all areas of finance
are welcome. This global conference aims to disseminate
unpublished high quality research in finance.
INVITED SPEAKERS:
A small number of invited speakers include:
- Maureen O'Hara (Cornell)
- Stephen LeRoy (UC Santa Barbara)
- Richard Stapleton (University of Manchester)
PREVIOUS CONFRENCE INFORMATION:
Previous Finance Down Under conferences attracted prominent
presenters and discussants from America, Europe and Asia.

PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
The paper submission deadline for the 6th Annual Finance
Down Under conference is 3 December 2009. Only complete
papers which have not already been accepted for publication
will be considered by the Program Committee. Presenters
will be notified of the Program Committee's decision from
15 January 2010 onwards.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
The conference organizers will defray economy class
airfares up to US$2,000 and provide three nights of
accommodation at the conference official hotel to all
presenters whose papers are selected for presentation.
Paper presenters may also be requested to discuss a paper
at the conference. Further information will be available
