CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

                1ST "Chaire FDIR" - IDEI-R CONFERENCE ON
"SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENTS AND VALUE CREATION"

                               Toulouse
                            May 28-29, 2009

The first "Chaire FDIR" - IDEI-R conference on "Socially
Responsible Investments and Value Creation" will be held in
      Toulouse on May 28-29, 2009.

      TOPICS:

Sustainable value creation includes a broad variety of
aspects including financial as well as Environmental,
Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. Sustainable value
creation is at the heart of Socially Responsible
Investments. This extended notion of value creation raises
a number of issues. How can one evaluate ESG aspects that
are often synonymous of externalities and materialize in
the long run? How can one aggregate different ESG criteria?
Can long-term ESG benefits be reflected in short-term
      financial value?

This conference will include presentations by academics as
