     The Paris Financial Services Cluster "FINANCE INNOVATION",
     the Europlace Institute of Finance (EIF) and the Risk
     Foundation are pleased to invite you on March 27 & 28, 2008
     to the first International Forum on Research in Finance.


     TOPICS:

     The theme of the Forum this year will be devoted to
     "Financial Risks: New Developments in Structured Products
     and Credit Derivatives". Four plenary sessions will cover
     the following specific topics:

     - New Structured Products and Hybrid Products,
     - Recent Developments in Risk Management,
     - New Challenges in Correlation Trading and Risk
       Management,
     - Securitization in Insurance.
