This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts covering the intersection of entrepreneurship and management. Its purpose is to foster insight into those aspects of entrepreneurship that relate to management, including but not limited to entrepreneurial initiative by people and firms (both start-ups and existing).

The eJournal welcomes and encourages research with applications to entrepreneurship of various management sub-topics such as governance, new venture start-up, family business, and strategy. Topic areas include, but are not limited to estate planning, ownership, board structure and composition, agency issues, liability of newness, venture growth, venture performance, theory of the firm, absorptive capacity, learning, knowledge spillovers, competitive advantage, value creation, culture, and leadership.
