The Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland, invites applications for a position in Hospitality Economics and a position in Micro/Macro Economics at Assistant/Associate Professor level starting in September 2013.

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking enthusiastic personalities, with excellent interpersonal skills, interested in contributing and making an impact within our multicultural international academic environment. Highly qualified applicants are sought with teaching experience and research interests in Hospitality and/or Tourism. Professional experience in the industry is not required, but would be highly valued by the Search committee. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should hold a PhD in economics, or a related subject. We expect successful candidates to demonstrate excellence in academic research through a significant publication record in leading refereed journals. They are successful teachers at Bachelor's and Master's level, with positive evidence gathered from student or peer evaluations. They demonstrate the ability to secure research funding from internal and external sources. Some professional experience in the hospitality industry at managerial level would be desirable.
