Researcher in Economics
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate for this is preferably positioned within the field of labor market economics. Focus on rent sharing, incentive systems, labor market flexibility and matching on the labor market is of particular interest but other areas are also welcome. No teaching is attached to the position. Ratio encourages participation in conferences, giving lectures and disseminating research.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Economics, or closely related field; Econometrics and Statistical skills are welcome.
TIME PERIOD AND SALARY: The position is permanent. Starting date is flexible, but we aim to initiate the work as soon as possible. Ratio offers competitive salaries.
ABOUT THE INSTITUTE: The Ratio Institute is an independent, private and interdisciplinary research institute focusing on: Entrepreneurship, Economics, Political science, Economic history, Law and Economics. Ratio emphasizes publishing in peer-reviewed journals. The Institute has 15 PhD colleagues (1 Professor, 6 Assoc Prof) and 4 doctoral students and a small department for administration/communication.
