The Department of Economics at Florida International University invites applications for Ph.D. assistantships in economics. The four-year assistantship includes tuition fee waivers and provides a competitive annual stipend. In addition outstanding applicants will be considered for the Dean's fellowships. Candidates wishing to be considered for an economics department assistantship should submit their applications before April 1, 2012.
