     The Department of Economics invites applications for an
     assistant professor opening. The department is well-known
     for its strength in and focus on state-of-the-art applied
     microeconomic research.



     JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


     We seek to solidify our core strengths by hiring an
     economist, with strong applied skills, who works in the
     area of economic development, preferably in the
     intersection of trade and development. Candidates are
     expected to have demonstrable research skills, the capacity
     to teach well and the potential to supervise research at
     the undergraduate and graduate levels. The search begins
     immediately and remains open until the position is filled.
