Assistant Professorships in Economics
The Department of Economics seeks to fill two positions at
the assistant professor level (W1) beginning in Fall 2010;
one in Microeconomics (Theory or Applied); and one in
Economic Theory. The positions are initially offered for a
three year period and, subject to a positive evaluation,
extended by another three years.
JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:
The teaching load generally corresponds to one course per
semester. All teaching at the graduate level is conducted
in English. Candidates should have, or expect to complete a
Ph.D. in economics or a relevant related field by September
2010 and they must demonstrate strong research potential.
