The University of Luxembourg has a vacancy in its Faculty
of Law, Economics and Finance for 2 Scientific support
staff members (M/F), economists, Ref.: F2-080027 and
F2-070028 (to be mentioned in all correspondence) The
position is permanent contract, 40h/week. The University
of Luxembourg is a multilingual international research
university.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The candidate will be required primarily to provide
assistance to factual and empirical economics research of
the research unit CREA;
- The candidate may also be required to provide assistance
to research and studies on the economy of Luxembourg and
Great Region;
- The scientific support staff member will work under the
responsibility of the Director of CREA and will assist
the team of professors, associate professors, post-doc
and junior researchers in their research, particularly in
the field of economic studies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Economist;
- Minimum diploma level Master in Economics;
- Professional experience in the field of economic studies
is an advantage;
- Perfect knowledge of French and good knowledge of
English.
