                      Postdoctoral Researchers


     The Central Bank of Cyprus, a member of the Eurosystem,
     wishes to appoint postdoctoral researchers in its Economic
     Research Department.


     JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:

     Specifically, the Central Bank is seeking applications from
     individuals who have recently completed their PhD and would
     like to carry out research on a specific project with a
     view to publishing their work in an academic journal. The
     Central Bank's fields of interest are:

     - monetary economics
     - macroeconomics
     - international economics
     - financial markets/financial stability
     - labour economics
     - applied econometrics
     - household finances and wealth


     APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

     The length of appointment will be for up to two years.
     Salary will be competitive. Applications should be
     submitted in English and should include a CV together with
     samples of recent research work as well as three letters of
