The Israel Economic Review (IsER) has been published twice a year since 2003. It contains studies by economists of the Bank of Israel Research Department and others on a wide range of subjects relevant to Israel's economy and to economic policy, some of which have appeared in the Economic Quarterly (in Hebrew) and the Bank's Economic Review (ER) (which since 2003 appears in Hebrew only).
SSRN's searchable electronic library contains abstracts, full bibliographic data, and author contact information for more than 464,000 papers, more than 216,100 authors, and full text for more than 376,700 papers. The eLibrary can be accessed at http://papers.ssrn.com.
SSRN supports open access by allowing authors to upload papers to the eLibrary for free through the SSRN User HeadQuarters at http://hq.ssrn.com, and by providing free downloading of those papers.
