The Payment Cards Center and the Research Department are hosting the
seventh biennial research conference on topics related to consumer
credit and payments.
TOPICS: The papers accepted for this year's conference address a wide
range of issues, including the efficacy of financial education,
testable theories of consumer decision-making, the relationship
between safety nets and credit supply, liquidity constraints and
consumption decisions, capital constraints and small business
formation, and the effects of recent changes in regulation.
