Call For Papers and Contributions
First European Workshop on Entrepreneurship Economics

15-16 November 2013, Amsterdam

Organised by Tinbergen Institute (TI) and the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

We invite you to submit a paper or to express your interest in attending the First European Workshop on Entrepreneurship Economics. The Workshop will take place on Friday 15 and Saturday 16 November 2013 in the Hermitage Amsterdam in The Netherlands. The theme of the Workshop is The Economics of Entrepreneurship. The keynote speakers are:
- Thomas Hellmann, Sauder School of Business - University of British Colombia
- William R. Kerr, Harvard Business School

TOPICS: The Workshop brings together researchers interested in studying entrepreneurship. We welcome submissions related to (occupational) choice, entrepreneurial behaviour, incentives to promote entrepreneurship, relevant program evaluations, entrepreneurship & institutions, the management of entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship & (venture) capital, entrepreneurship & regions, theory of the firm, etc. We welcome both theoretical and empirical contributions (empirical work based on data of developing and developed countries).

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: The (draft) papers should be submitted by 15 June, 2013. Please submit papers to Nadine Clarke at: nclarke@cepr.org

FUNDING: Accommodation expenses will be covered for successful applicants. Participants are encouraged to fund their travel expenses from other sources, as only limited funding is available.
