     THEMES AND TOPICS:

The general theme of the conference is IBE3: International
Business and Economy, Environment, and Education; all
topics are considered that are associated with the rapid
changes in the global economy which present continuing
challenges for educators, as well as for business and
government leaders. The political and economic rules of the
game are changing: the development of stronger regional
cooperation in several parts of the world, the advent of
e-business and the widespread use of the Internet, and the
challenges in governance and corporate behavior. Strategic
alliances, networks and partnerships span political and
geographical borders. The objective of this conference is
to provide a forum for scholars analyzing the strategic
challenges faced by firms in the global arena. In addition,
     cross-disciplinary submissions are encouraged. Manuscripts
     developed from dissertations are encouraged.
