WORKSHOP ON
"FINANCIAL MARKET IMPERFECTIONS, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE,
AND ECONOMIC OUTCOMES"
10-12 of September 2009

CRENOS - http://www.crenos.it - universities of Cagliari
and Sassari, organizes a workshop on the consequences of
financial imperfections on the real economy.
TOPICS:
Topics for which the submission of theoretical and
empirical papers is welcome, include: Finance and the
macroeconomy; Political economy of corporate governance;
Financial crises and credit cycles; Financial systems
architecture. Submission by junior faculty and research
students is encouraged.
WORKSHOP DETAILS:
The workshop is organized as follows: Registration and
welcome reception will take place in the evening of the
10th of September; Presentations will take place on the
11th and on the 12th. Each paper will be discussed by an
expert in the field.
Experts that have already confirmed their participation
include Gabriella Chiesa, Luigi Guiso, Alberto Martin and
Pietro Reichlin.
DEADLINES:
- PAPER SUBMISSION: 22nd of June 2009. See submission
procedure below.
- REGISTRATION: 16th of July 2009. See registration
procedure below.
