Work posted to Classics Abstracts - Archaeology and Material Culture will have a primary focus on the material culture of the ancient world. Methodological and general papers appear in the General subcategory. There are individual subcategories for Topology, Catalogues, Sites, Numismatics and Peripheral Cultures. The subcategory for Periods has ten subdivisions: Aegean Bronze Age, Greek Dark Ages, Classical Greece, Hellenistic Greece, Etruscan & Early Italian, Early Republic, Middle & Late Republic, Earl, Empire, Middle & Late Empire, Late Antiquity. Papers will be posted under as many subcategories and subdivisions as appropriate. Additional subcategories and/or subdivisions of them will be added as appropriate.
